Oakville is a large bedroom community nestled on Lake Ontario, between Toronto & Burlington Ontario. It is near the QEW and Hwy 401 with a central GO station, direct to downtown Toronto.
Although it is just a town, it has all the amenties of a larger city. There are lots of shops in the quaint downtown core, as well as the Oakville Mall and many small shopping plazas. There are many schools, rec centers and parks and, several French schools as well as private schools, including Appleby College, which is known world wide as one of the best private schools in Canada.
Oakville is a great place to work, live and raise a family. It's small but not too small. It's also very safe and it has a lot to offer any family who decides to live here.
